Our products (Candles, Jewelry, and Keychains) are handcrafted with precision. Due to the artisanal nature of our work, minor variations in color, texture, and finish are expected and should be celebrated as a mark of authenticity. We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible, but your screen's display might slightly differ.

1.2 Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Currently, we operate on a Prepaid-only model to maintain our handcrafted quality standards and avoid logistical complications. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.

2. Shipping, Cancellation & Refunds

We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience; however, our operational policies are designed to protect both the artisan's effort and the customer's interest.

2.1 Order Processing

Standard orders take 3-5 business days for preparation and dispatch. During peak festive seasons, processing times may extend slightly. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

At Gulabi Mannat, we begin processing your unique handcrafted items almost immediately after an order is confirmed. Therefore, orders once placed are considered final. We request our patrons to review their cart and shipping details thoroughly before making a payment. In exceptional cases of system errors or duplicate orders, please contact our support team within 2 hours of placement.

2.3 Refund & Returns

• Damages: If a product is damaged during transit, we will offer a replacement or a full refund upon verification of the unboxing video.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will initiate a reverse pickup and send the correct item at no extra cost.
• Non-Refundable: Due to hygiene and the nature of jewelry and candles, we do not accept returns based on personal preference changes after delivery.
